Not Exactly If a public school district (regardless of the TEA rating) fails to provide a program that meets an individual students needs, then the district is failing for that student. And yes, there are definitely elementary and secondary private schools in Austin that are far superior to Eanes ISD for intellectually gifted students.

Hum interesting. I have to say, that I have run two Boston qualifying times and, at the time, had no desire to run Boston. And then, I did want to run Boston and ran Chicago twice in terrible heat. It seems like people, who find out I am a runner, always ask if I have run Boston, like it is the end all and be all of long distance running. Really it isnt, but one day I would like to run it.
